⋆ you are always allowed to use your artwork for personal purposes, such as using it for profile pictures, banners, or for personal promotion purposes.⋆ when reposting/using your finished commission, please place credits somewhere!⋆ i have the rights to my finished work. this includes (but is not limited to) posting your commission on any of my social medias, and using it for my own portfolio/gallery.⋆ please do not use your finished work for commercial purposes if there has not been prior communication beforehand regarding commercial use.⋆ by commissioning me and completing payment, you agree to my terms and conditions + the payment terms!!

⋆ to get a commission from me, or find out when my commissions will be opening, you can send me a DM on twitter, instagram, or discord! (i am @blugummi on all of these platforms.)
alternatively, you can send me an email! ([email protected])⋆ when commissioning me, please send me any and all references of your character(s) that you can in advance! the clearer the better.⋆ it's also so epic if you have a pose reference prepared in advance, but it's alright if you don't! we can talk about possible poses you may be interested in.⋆ below you can find a list of things i will/won't draw. if you think your commission request falls under "won't draw", please reach out anyways, it's possible i will!

payment terms ᓚᘏᗢ

⋆ payment can be sent either before or after the commission is complete, send it whenever you want. 👍⋆ i only take payment through cashapp & venmo because paypal has not been nice to me. (💀) if you know me personally or are comfortable enough, i'm also willing to go through apple pay as well!⋆ i don't do refunds if i've already sent you the finished work, i've definitely already bought a wendy's four for four with your money by that point. 😀
